PURPOSE:To provide the document preparing method which sets arbitrarily plural blocks and can prepare documents whose formats are different at every block, and also, can insert image information into a arbitrary block. CONSTITUTION:A storage part 50 is provided with block information storage parts 5.1-5.n for storing information related to plural blocks and plural sentence storage parts 6.1-6.n for storing sentence information and image information of each block. A control part 20 sets the contents of the block information storage part by a command from an input part 10, and displays plural blocks on a display part 30, based on its contents. When an arbitrary block is designated and the sentence information is inputted by the input part 10, its sentence information is stored in the sentence storage part corresponding to the designated block. Also, when an arbitrary block is designated and the image information is inputted, it is stored in the sentence storage part. The sentence information and the image information stored in the sentence storage part are outputted by a printing output part 40 in accordance with information related to the corresponding block stored in the block information storage part. |
