PURPOSE:To obtain the control method for delivering parts from a parts warehouse, by which a parts warehouse being the maximum load is extracted, a manufacture number having a commonality of a storage address in the parts warehouse is rounded, and the parts can be delivered in accordance with a rounded result at the time of delivering parts in the control method for delivering parts from plural parts warehouses. CONSTITUTION:In STEP 1, the number of stocks of parts whose derivery is instructed to a delivery command file F1 is checked from a stock file F2, and in STEP 2, the number of delivery command cases in which there is no shortage of products is classified separately into plural parts warehouses W1-Wn, and in STEP 3, at the time point in an in-process case number file F3, the sum of the number of in-process undelivery cases and the number of delivery cases is derived separately in the parts warehouses W1-Wn. In STEP 4, the sum of the number of delivery cases discriminates the parts warehouse Wi of the maximum excess amount to the storage capacity of a capacity storage table T1, and in STEP 5, a delivery command of a high common degree of a shelf address for storing the delivery parts in the parts warehouse Wi is rounded and made as a delivery unit. |
