The ceramic heating element is produced by (a) mixing a sintering auxiliary material of 0.5-2 wt.% MgO, 0.5-3 wt.% CaO and 1-5 wt.% SiO2, a solvent of 10-20 wt.% ethyl alcohol, 10-20 wt.% ispropyl alcohol, 5-15 wt.% n-butyl alcohol and 5-16 wt.% toluene, and a dispersing agent of 0.2-1 wt.% manhattan oil or cerosol and 0.2-1 wt.% polyvinyl butyral (PVB) with alumina powder having 1-5 μm particle size to make a first alumina slip, (b) adding a binder of 3-7 wt.% PVB and a plasticizer of 2-3 wt.% polyethylene glycol and 2-3 wt.% n-butyl phthalate to the first slip to make a second alumina slip, (c) tape-molding the slip to make a dryed tape, (d) screen printing a tungsten paste on the tape, and laminating the tape, and (e) sintering it in the humidity and hydrogen atmosphere.
