PURPOSE:To reduce working hours and labor, and to improve reliability by automatically sorting packaged components to each mounting machine. CONSTITUTION:Concerning each mounting machine 2 of a mounting line 3, interference between components and between components and a mounting nozzle and a mounting chuck of a mounting machine is taken into account, in view of a mounting location of the components, relative to results of sorting based on a limitation and a service condition of the mounting machine for each packaged component. If there is interference, the packaged components are re-distributed so that they are not subjected to interference. The re-sorting leads to a superior tact balance, and adjustment is carried out again with allowance for interference in such a way that balance is attained. |
