PURPOSE:To do easy work for manufacture as well as construction and for straight delivery of luminaire by delivering a hoop metal plate with luminaire fitting holes machined to a construction site, molding it into a luminaire mainframe and assembling electric parts thereto. CONSTITUTION:Holes necessary to fit luminaire are machined in a hoop metal plate with a press machine. After machined, the metal plate 10 is delivered to a construction site in a hoop delivery process. In a molding process, the metal plate 10 is sent from a sending machine 1a, molded with a molding machine 5 into an equipment mainframe 6 and cut at a desired length. The equipment mainframe 6 is delivered to an assembling and construction process 9 with an unmanned material sending machine 28. Using a welding robot 26, operators 24 assemble electric parts to the equipment mainframe 6 on a working table. A luminaire assembled is put on an elevatable tray 15 and moved to a fitting place via a proper vehicle for fitting. |
