<p>The artificial stone is produced by (a) dissolving a pigment and a thermoplastic resin into a stone powder (b), and mixing them to make a colored stone powdery dough, (b) covering the dough on the outer surface of the wooden board (7) to make an unhardened stone (8), (c) putting the stone powdery dough into a mold (4), and slantingly laying the mold to form a patterned grain, (d) putting the unhardened dough into the mold, molding and hardening it, and separating it from the mold. The artificial stone is lightweight, and has various colors and patterns, and is used as a interior and a floor material.</p> |
