PURPOSE:To output a sound component by replacing an original sound component exceeding a reference level by the component picked out and attenuated thereafter. CONSTITUTION:This circuit is comprised of a sound separating means 1 which separates the sound component 7 exceeding the reference level decided in advance from the sound component 6 within the reference level based on the detection result of a sound level detecting means 3, and outputs them individually, the sound level detecting means 3 which detects the level of sound and detects whether or not the level exceeds the reference level and supplies it to the sound separating means 1, an attenuation circuit 4 which inputs a sound signal 7 exceeding the reference level and attenuates it to a prescribed level, and a voice synthesis means 2 which inserts the sound component attenuated to the prescribed level outputted from the attenuation circuit to the sound component 6 within the reference level outputted from the sound separating means 1 to an original position before separation. |
