The fixing position of the tacking point (1), which is mounted on the winding tube (2) or on a tube connecting the drum mechanism which rotates the tube, is adjustable in height. The tacking point ring (1) slides on the tube (2) and is immobilised on the tube at the desired height by a screw (3) which penetrates holes (4,5,6) spaced in different positions on the tube (1). Between positioning the tacking point in hole (4) and hole (6) the adjustment distance is d. The fixing of the sliding ring may be obtained by a bolt. USE - Allows height adjustment without need for a hoist and provides winding tube adaptability to all types of boat.
