<p>PURPOSE:To reduce manhour for manufacturing a coil receptacle and for building it into a molded transformer, by reducing the kind and the number of coil receptacles. CONSTITUTION:In a molded transformer containing a molded winding 2 installed around a main leg part 3A of an iron core 3, and a frame 5 covering a yoke part 3B so as to form an U-type, a T-shaped, three-direction integrated coil receptacle 11 and an L-shaped two-direction integrated coil receptacle 21 are installed. The T-shaped receptacle 11 is installed so as to bridge across the mold winding and the main leg part, the upper and the lower ends of the molded winding and the frame, and the iron core and the frame, and holds the respective gap lengths. The L-shaped receptacle 21 is installed so as to bridge across the molded winding and the main leg part, and the upper and the lower ends of the molded winding and the yoke, and holds the respective gap lengths.</p> |
