<p>PURPOSE:To improve operability at the time of electric detection and workability at the time of manufacturing. CONSTITUTION:A shield layer 3 is formed inside a secondary winding 1 wound around an iron core, and a primary winding 4 is arranged inside the shield layer 3. A pair of electrode foils and a capacitor layer 6 which is composed of insulator and mutually insulates the electrode foils are arranged between the shield layer 3 and the secondary winding 1. A pair of the electrode foils of the capacitor layer 6 are connected with outer terminals S, E, respectively. One of the electrode foils is connected with the shield layer 3. The capacitor layer 6 is arranged between the shield layer 3 and the secondary winding 1 so as to be in contact with them.</p> |
