PURPOSE: To provide a laminate circuit board device which has a large number of contacts of close spacing, can be manufactured easily by means of usual circuit board techniques, has a low-costed and solid structure because of its small number of part items, and can be connected with controlled characteristic impedance. CONSTITUTION: A laminate connector 20, being disposed between a first and a second circuit boards 12, 14, has a conductive housing 70 connected to grounding planes 26, 28 thereof. This conductive housing 70 is provided with a pin- receiving hole 36 for the circuit boards 12, 14, aligned plural housing holes 12, a dielectric device 74 fixed in the respective housing holes 72 and having a dielectric hole 76, and a contact device 80 fixed to the dielectric hole 76 and having an upper and a lower pin parts 82, 84 protruding upward and downward, respectively. This connector device is characterized in that the contact device 80 is inserted into the pin receiving holes 36 of the first and second circuit boards 12, 14, respectively.
