<p>PURPOSE:To suppress wasteful power consumption by providing a power source control means turning off a power source when the power source off commanding signal is received from a power source off commanding means and a printing termination signal is received from a printing termination detecting means and automatically turning off the power source when a printing is terminated. CONSTITUTION:When the document stored in the data part of an internal memory 2 is printed, a printing instruction is inputted by the operation of a keyboard 5. At this time, an instruction turning off a power source automatically after a printing is terminated is simultaneously inputted by the operation of the keyboard 5. A central processor 1 outputs a power source off commanding signal to a power source control means 15 and starts the printing of the document information to be printed which is stored in the prescribed area of the data part of the internal memory 2. When all the printings of the document information are terminated, a printing termination signal is outputted to the power source control means 15. The power source control means 15 which receives the printing termination signal releases a power source relay 14a and interrupts the supply of power from an external power source to a power source circuit 12.</p> |
