<p>PURPOSE:To perform the questions and answers without the use of a both read-aloud device and a voice recognizing device when an access is made to an electronic mail by telephone by describing the electronic mail according to a previously determined fixed format only when the questions and answers are simple. CONSTITUTION:An electronic mail system is provided with an inquiry mail format storing device 1, an inquiry mail producing device 2, a mail transmitter 3, an inquiry mail analyzer 9, an answer mail producing device 12, an answer mail analyzer 13, an electronic mail remote controller 14, an inquiry mail remote analyzer 17, an answer mail remote analyzer 18, a voice data correspondent table storing device 19, a voice synthesizer 20, and an answer mail remote producing device 21.</p> |
