摘要 This invention relates to the manufacturing of alumina-zirconia composite for machinary. The manufacturing method comprises: A) injection molding a zirconia body and drying; B) primary sintering the above zirconia at 800-1200 deg.C for 1-2 hr; C) impregnating the sintered body in the aluminum solution with pH 3-9; and D) secondary sintering the body including 20-40 wt.% alumina at 1400-1700 deg.C for 1-2 hr. The forming density of the sintered body is 50-60 %.
