PURPOSE:To provide a magnetic semiconductor having excellent heat sensitivity and manufacturing method thereof at low cost. CONSTITUTION:This magnetic semiconductor is composed of a mixture of 15 to 85wt.% ferrite particles and 85 to 15wt.% binder as well as another mixture of 50 to 90wt.% ferrite particles and 50 to 10wt.% inorganic binder. |
