PURPOSE:To obtain a clue of a robber when a collecting/delivering baggage is stolen by controlling a recorded image to be inputted to a CPU in accordance with the ON/OFF of a parking signal. CONSTITUTION:When a device is turned on, the CPU 11 draws out data stored in an image memory 12, a ROM 15, a RAM 16, a alphaKANJIbeta (Chinese character) ROM 17, etc., and outputs an instruction to an RGB encoder 14 through a CRT controller 13 to make the color display of characters and collection/delivery data based upon color characters are outputted from an output terminal 29 through a collection/delivery picture terminal 21. The data are displayed on a monitoring display 23. Then the input of a pack signal is judged by a CPU 11, the contact point of a relay 26 is switched on the camera terminal (20) side and a picture of a rear part of a vehicle is photographed by a camera 19 and the picture is displayed on the display 23. On the other hand, the recorded image of the video recording of the picture photographed by the camera 19 is started by a VTR 24. |
