PURPOSE:To efficiently protect a switching means against a line-to-ground fault without generating heat and to effectively reduce noises of an apparatus without separately installing a constituent element for noise reduction such as a shielded like or the like. CONSTITUTION:A first winding L1 and a second winding L2, for a transformer T0, which have been wound on the same iron core, in the same winding direction and in the same number of turns are inserted into, and connected to one pair of electricity-feeding lines PL1, PL2 which reach a parallel circuit composed of a load Z and of a smoothing capacitor from four switching elements S1 to S4 used as switching means which convert a DC power supply into a square- wave power supply. |
