The device comprises an autoclavable elastic material in the form of a tube loop provided with a shaft, with the loop being arranged to extend around the teeth of the lower jaw at a distance of 1-3cm from the teeth without actually passing above any teeth, and when it is removed from the mouth it bends down into a shaft. - The device comprises two sections split lengthways along a line (A) which can be split into two after use to enable it to be cleaned. The loop is provided with suction holes which are covered in the upward facing section of the loop. |
