<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize an optical path while dissolving troubles about processing precision of a lead frame and thin burr of a mold. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting side lead frame 11 and a light receiving side lead frame 13 are arranged and formed on a plane, from a metal plate. Both of the lead frame 11, 13 are formed without being bent, and troubles about processing precision and thin burr of a mold are dissolved. A light emitting element 12 and a light receiving element 14 are arranged and mounted on the upper surfaces of the lead frames 11, 13, so as to be optically coupled with each other. A transparent adjusting wall 16 is installed in an optical path, and the upper end of transparent silicone resin 17 is made to coincide with the upper end of the transparent adjusting wall 16. Thereby the form of the optical path is stabilized in virtue of the surface tension of the transparent silicone resin 17.</p> |
