PURPOSE:To provide a storage battery paste filling device by which the dispersion of a filling quantity or filling thickness of low viscosity paste filled in a continuous current collecting body is hardly caused. CONSTITUTION:A paste filling box 8 is arranged to fill low viscosity paste in a continuous current collecting body 5. A continuous current collecting body passage 9 through which the continuous current collecting body 5 is passed, a pressurized low viscosity paste supply passage 10 to supply the low viscosity paste to one surface side of the continuous current collecting body 5 in the continuous current collecting body passage 9 and an excess paste discharge passage 11 to discharge excess paste from the continuous current collecting body passage 9 to the same side where the pressurized low viscosity paste supply passage 10 is arranged when viewed from the continuous current collecting body passage 9, are arranged in the paste filling box 8.
