PURPOSE:To provide a fluorescent view system which gives a beautiful appearance and a comfortable feeling to human beings. CONSTITUTION:Fluorescent view members 20 are used for pavements and cobblestones at the feet of human beings, and a black light 22 is set up at a position lower than human's eye points to allow ultraviolet ray to be radiated downward. Only fluorescent ray from the fluorescent view members 20 enters into human's eyes and no ultraviolet ray from the black light 22 directly enters into human's eyes. |
