PURPOSE:To cope even with the generation of an error of write data generated in a CPU and other error and to discriminate between a temporary error and an error due to a permanent fault. CONSTITUTION:This data processor is equipped with an error detecting circuit which detects an error occurring during the processing of a main processing part 101, an instruction code storage part 131 which stores an instruction code and its corresponding instruction address, a data storage part 132 which stores read data and write data and their corresponding addresses, and a context storage register 133 which stores a history of processes. When an error occurs, the main body processing part 101 re-executes the processes according to the history stored in the context storage register 133, the instruction code storage part 131 compares the stored instruction address with an instruction address inputted from a central processor at this time, and the data storage part 132 compares the stored data address with a data address inputted from the main body processing part 101. |
