<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate manual retouching and making-up a deficit by providing a device used with one-to-one relation in a coordinate position with the detecting line of a coordinate position detecting device. CONSTITUTION:When a fault, etc., is discovered in the cutting of vehicle picture information, a coordinate position designating key 24, a surrounding line outside transfer key 25, a surrounding line inside transfer key 26, a coordinate position transfer key 27, the cancel key 28 of the coordinate position designating key 24 and first, second and third keys 32 and 31, etc., are used at need while viewing picture information in the both screens of a second work area 9 and the third work area 10 so that the cutting of picture information of the vehicle in the right side second work area 9 is accomplished. After that, when various kinds of working correction is executed for picture information of the vehicle, it is executed for picture information of the vehicle in the right side second work area 9. After picture information of the vehicle in the second work area 9 is accomplished, an output is executed to an external output device 36 through I/O 12 and also to an external storage device 37. Picture information of the first work area 8 is also outputted to the external storage device 37.</p> |
