Process for earthing electrical equipment using stake with T=shaped cross=section - using rigid cable running along length of stake which is folded at certain points to grip cable against channel of T=shape

The process involves fixing a stiff length of connecting cable (40) at its free end (41) to the stake (10) by folding one side arm (11) of the T-profile so that it holds the cable against the stem of the T. The folds along the stake may also be made by bending the stem (12) against one of the side arms. The connecting cable may pass through a couple of oblong slots or grooves in the stem. The other end (42) of the cable is connected to a sleeve (42) which can be made to grip an incoming earthing cable. ADVANTAGE - Lower cost, no soldering or wiring preparation, and little deterioration of connection.
