<p>PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic wave learning device inputting and displaying learning information by touching the board surface of a substrate provided with an ultrasonic wave transceiver means and a display screen by an input pen. CONSTITUTION:When an electric signal is inputted from an interdigital electrode T1, the electric signal is converted into a surface acoustic wave and it propagates a glass substrate 11. Of the surface acoustic waves propagating the glass substrate 11, only the center frequency shown by interdigital electrodes R11 to R14 and the surface acoustic wave of the frequency in the vicinity are converted into electric signals and are outputted from interdigital electrodes R11 to R14. When the propagation path of the surface acoustic wave is touched by material which is softer than the glass substrate 11 and is easy to absorb an ultrasonic wave, the surface wave corresponding to a touch location is decayed. Information is displayed on a display screen 12 in a form corresponding to the touch part.</p> |
