<p>PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor device which can effectively absorb noise due to fluctuation of power supply voltage to a semiconductor element and normally and stably operate the semiconductor element for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor device comprises a semiconductor element 2, a power supply lead terminal 3a, a grounding lead terminal 3b and a signal lead terminal 3c connected with a power supply electrode, a grounding electrode and a signal electrode of the semiconductor element 2 and a resin covering material 4 for covering the semiconductor element 2 and a part of each lead terminal. A plurality of at least the one of the power supply lead terminals 3a and grounding lead terminals 3b are formed and these are alternately placed opposed with each other in both sides of a resin dielectric layer 6.</p> |
