PURPOSE:To extinguish an arc discharge by providing a plurality of insulating plates having protrusions for cutting off between buses of a power source side when seen from a partition plate. CONSTITUTION:Insulating plates 9A-9C have protrusions 10A-10C which block gaps that are part of an opening 8 made in partition plates 7A-7C and used for passing the bus 6 therethrough and cut off between the buses of a power source side. If an arc A is generated due to contact of a foreign matter between the buses of the bus 6, the arc A is moved laterally by properties of the arc A to travel in a direction away from a power source to collide with the plate 9B. The arc A which has collided with the plate 9B is disturbed by the protrusion 10B of the plate 9B to be extinguished. Thus, the arc discharge can be extinguished. |
