PURPOSE:To suppress the manufacture cost of a device by arranging a first group of leads between an outer lead arranging section and a first electronic part arranging section, and arranging a second group of leads between the outer lead arranging section and a second electronic parts arranging section. CONSTITUTION:A first group of leads 3-21 used mainly for an output signal are arranged on the base film 2 between a first device hole 6-1 and an outer lead hole 7-1, and they are extended to an outer connector terminal for output, straddling the outer lead hole 7-1. Likewise, a second group of lead wires 3-22 used mainly for an output signal line are arranged on the base film 2 between a second device hole 6-2 and an outer lead hole 7-2, and they are extended to an external connector terminal for output, straddling the outer lead hole 7-2. In this way, the manufacture cost of a device 2 can be suppressed by this lead carrier. |
