CONSTITUTION:Daily schedule information managed in time unit and monthly schedule information managed in month unit are stored in the areas 17a, 17b of a RAM 17. When the display of the daily schedule information is instructed, a CPU 11 reads the daily schedule information for the day, and displays the time zone of the schedule information on the first stage of a bar graph, and when another schedule information is inputted in duplication, the time zone is displayed in graphic information.
