PURPOSE:To improve the anti-coupling noise characteristic concerning the semiconductor circuit including a reset transistor TR which discharges stored electric charge. CONSTITUTION:This circuit consists of a driving TR T2 which stores incoming data in a capacitor as electric charge and outputs the electric charge as output data, a transmission TR T3 which transfers the pertinent output, data to another circuit in accordance with the output data, and a reset TR T1 which resets stored data. In this case, the threshold voltage of the reset TR T1 is set to a value higher than threshold voltages of the driving TR T2 and the transmission TR T3 to reduce the conductance of the reset TR T1. |
