PURPOSE:To do facility change maintenance in a short time by performing the estimation of the allowable current of a high-voltage line, which has been performed at every maintenance hitherto, as occasion demands in the operation device of a distribution system. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a storage means 2, which stores the allowable current values of all distribution paths constituting a distribution system and the on-line information of a section switch, etc., an SW recognizing means on the load side, which recognizes the SW on the load side separately for each diameter of a high-voltage line in the distribution line, and an alowable current judging means 1B, which computes the allowable currents in individual sectional, using the values from the storage means and the SW recognizing means on the load side and judges whether this allowable current is not more than the allowable current of the section or not. Furthermore, in the decision of a pattern to compute power interchange, a means 1D for judging whether the allowable current value of the distribution line accompanying the facility change of the power system is optimum or not and an allowable current value making means 1E are added to the operation device of the power system being so constituted as to decide the optimum interchange operation procedure, being equipped with the judging condition of the allowable current judging means 1B. |
