The retainers (4, 4', 5) for an appts. (6) are arranged near to the hip or upper leg area. Retainers (8) for medication container (9) are arranged in the breast and/or back area (2), and are formed as pockets which in their bottom area have openings (11) through which connections (10) from the container (9) are passed. The pockets (8) for the medication container (9) in their opening areas (12) have a closure device (13) formed as a draw band. Below the openings (11) in the pockets (8), openings (15) are arranged and near to the appts. (6) a further opening (16) is provided through which passes a connecting hose (17) from the connection (10) of the medication container (9).
