<p>A heater can be used outdoors and heat one's feet. An electric mat (A) comprises a tridimensional lattice-shaped mat body (1), in which lower layer tubes (6) are welded to the undersurfaces of upper layer tubes (4) so as to cross each other, cord heaters (8) inserted into the upper layer tubes (4) and a peripheral edge member (2) for covering portions exposed from the tubes (4) of the cord heaters (8) and the peripheral edges of the mat body (1).</p> |
