The device includes a control unit (24), a magnetron (17) which generates a micro wave by a control command, a fan motor (18), a power supply (25) which drives a magnetron (17) and fan motor (18), a heating room (12) which heats with micro wave, a super conductor sensor (19) which varies capacity by the temperature of inlet (11A), a super conductor sensor (20) which varies capacity by the temperature of outlet (11B), an inlet signal process means (21), and an outlet signal process means (22).
