<p>An electronic direction indicator (10) includes a support assembly (4) and an indicator module (5). The support assembly (4) allows the indicator module (5) to be rotated as required by a user. The indicator module (5) includes an electronic circuit assembly (44) having a pair of Hall effect switches (45, 46). The switches (45, 46) are connected to a power source (52) for illuminating one of two different diodes in a bi-color light emitting diode (47). The switches are activated by an annular magnet assembly (39) having North and South poles, the magnet assembly (39) being free to rotate into alignment with Magnetic North.</p> |
