An injection molding mechanism and method of its use for the formation in a single sequence of operations of weld-line free cylindrical container body portions (24) having a central opening at one end. The central opening is formed by the removal of the central top sprue portion (28) of the container body (24). This container body (24) produced by this mechanism can be used to produce a pressurizable dispensing container.
