Proposed is a shoe insole made of flexible material with an upper layer designed to match the shape of the foot. On the underneath of the upper layer (1, 7) at the toe and/or heel are pockets (2, 3; 9, 11) which are attached to the upper layer round the edge of the latter and are open towards the central section of the sole. |
