<p>A fluid supply system including a casing (1) having at least one duct (2) extending through it for the passage of fluid and a recess (5) in the casing around the duct or ducts (2), a cover (3) covering the recess (5) and held against a bearing surface (8) on the casing (1) surrounding the recess, the cover (3) carrying a continuation (4) of the or each duct (2), and a vent (14) in either the casing (1) or the cover (3) communicating the recess(S) with the environment outside the casing, is provided with a leak tell-tale device (16) for indicating passage of fluid along a path, such as the vent (14), which, in the event of a leakage of fluid from a duct into the recess, would be followed by the leaked fluid. Intended for aircraft fuel system. Tell-tale (16) (Fig. 3) includes a pad (18) of fluorinated silicone which expands on contact with fuel to push red button (21) into view. <IMAGE></p> |
