The solution refers to topic gel mediator with immunomodulating features. The mediator contents 1 to 7 per cent weight of beta/1-3/-D-glucan isolated from productiveness truffle /Pleurotus ostreatus/ and greasy or creamy basis to 100 per cent of weight. Creamy basic of the mediator can be composed of 7,5 to 10.5 per cent weight of oil phase favorable cethylstearylalcohol and liquid paraffin 5,5 to 87,5 per cent weight of water 0,5 to 1 per cent weight of emulgator 0,1 to 1 per cent weight of gel composing substance, favorable carboxyvinyl polymer, 0,1 to 1 per cent weight of triethanolamine, 0,2 to 0,3 per cent weight of antimicrobial additives, 3 to 15 per cent weight of humectant substance and/or 3 to 10 per cent weight of accelerator of penetration. Greasy basis of mediator can contain 30 to 60 per cent weight of macrogol 200 to 600, 30 to 60 per cent weight of macrogol 1000 to 2000 and 0,2 to 0,3 per cent weight of antimicrobial additive. Greasy or creamy basis of mediator can also consist 1 to 3 per cent weight of chlorhexidine or 1 to 3 per cent weight of antimicotic drugs, favorable 5-bromsalicyl-4-chloranilid.
