The handle (1) is equipped by longitudinal hollow (4) for sinking of the mandrel (3) and external circumferenting thread (5) for screwing of checking nut (2). In front of these external circumferenting thread (5) is formed external annular cone (7) with at least one axial cross-section and in inside of internal wall of hollow (4) is formed axially slotting arresting ring. The bases of solution is in that, that between external annular cone (7) and external circumferenting thread (5) is formed circumferenting scooping (6a) for axial deformation of internal wall of hollow (4).
