Granulate for pharmaceutical use is made of at least one compact active substance present in the amount from 70 to 99 wt. % and diluent in amount up to 30 wt. %, whilst as and active substance it contains antibiotic of beta-lactam type together with beta-lactamase inhibitor. Tablet form of medicament with the structure containing granulate in the pressed form, which is at least 70 wt. % of total weight of tablet and eventually also extra-granular lubricant supposing that lubricant is used, its amount is less than 0.5 wt.% relating to total weight of tablet.
