PURPOSE:To easily generate a waveform signal having a waveform shape for the generation of a musical sound which can not be generated by a normal acoustic musical instrument. CONSTITUTION:This waveform generating device 10 has a closed loop means which constitutes a feedback circuit, an input terminal 12 for inputting a signal from outside, and an adder 14 which adds the external signal inputted from the input terminal 12 and the feedback signal of the loop means and inputs the resulting signal to the closed loop means; and the closed loop means has a variable delay part 18 which is variable in delay time, a multiplier 20 which controls the signal level by multiplying it by a specific coefficient, and a clip part 16 which clips the signal level when the signal level is higher than a specific value. |
