摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To reduce manual shift force by operating one synchronous sleeve by a servo driving device and manually operating the other synchronous sleeve in a gear shift device of a transmission capable of shifting a stage by simultaneously closing two synchronous clutches provided with a synchronous sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A hollow shaft 3 is externally engaged with a central input shaft 2 of a transmission driven by an engine and a rotation of the input shaft 2 is transmitted to the hollow shaft 3 through a clutch E operated by a synchronous sleeve 4. A synchronous sleeve 19 of a synchronous clutch A-B is provided on a hollow shaft 11 internally engaged with an output shaft 12, rotation of the hollow shaft 11 is transmitted to play gears 5, 18 by the synchronous clutches A, B and the respective synchronous sleeves 4, 19 are manually operated. A synchronous sleeve 20 of a synchronous clutch C-D is provided on the output shaft 12 and the hollow shaft 11 is made connectable to the output shaft 12 by the synchronous clutch C and the play gear 21 is made connectable to the output shaft 12 by the synchronous clutch D. The synchronous sleeve 20 is operated by a servo driving device.</p>
