The method executes synchronous and asynchronous data communication, and improves the usage efficiency of data communication. The method transmits data to a corresponding modem through a pc bus connector (2), a signal converter (1), a hybrid (3) and network connector (4), and receives data in reverse sequence on a synchronous data communication between pcs. ON synchronous data communication mode between pcs, a clock signal is sampled in a received signal from the corresponding modem and transmits to a data exchanger (7) on asynchronous data communication mode.
