摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To attain compactness and long service life and prevent the generation of toner pollution in a device by applying surface reforming to magnetic toner, used in an electrophotographic method having at least a developing process and a transfer process, with hot air. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic toner 22 is charged from a quantitative feeder 21, fed to dispersion nozzles 24 by compressed air and jetted in the direction of about 45 deg.. Two dispersion nozzles are disposed in laterally symmetrical positions, and the magnetic toner 22 is treated further uniformly by being jetted from plural nozzles. In order to emit hot air to the magnetic toner jetted from the dispersion nozzles 24, hot air 26 is emitted from a heater 25, a hot air generating device, and the magnetic toner 22 passes dispersedly in the hot air 26, where surface reforming takes place. The surface reformed magnetic toner 22 is taken into a hood 28 and collected into a cyclone provided head of an arrow mark 29.</p>
