CONSTITUTION: A coordinate data storage part 50 on picture element and the like reaching the boundary line of a designated area inputted from a coordinate data input device 10, a designated area correction part 100 inspecting the designation of a picture extraction area from coordinate data and correcting errors, a data arrangement part 150 arranging data in the coordinate data storage part in an ascending order against an X and Y-coordinates, an adjacent coordinate data removal part 400 removing remaining coordinate data for removing that an X-coordinate value is minimum among plural pieces of coordinate data where Y-coordinate values are the same and X-coordinate values continuously increase or decrease, an inflection point coordinate data removal part 500 removing data on maximum/minimum deflection points, a synchronizing signal generation part 600 generating vertical and horizontal synchronizing signals and the like, the latch part 650 of the vertical and horizontal synchronizing signals and an OR gate circuit which OR-operates the vertical and horizontal synchronizing signals are provided.</p> |
