PURPOSE:To obtain an agent excellent in marking reaction and yield of chemiluminescence by selecting a compd. having a specified number of specific groups in the molecule. CONSTITUTION:A compd. is selected which has 2-5 groups of formula I and/or formula II (wherein R1 is H, 1-10C alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, or aryl; R2 and R3 are each H, 1-5C alkoxy, amino, carboxyl, cyano, nitro, aldehyde, or halogen; R4 is 1-10C alkylene, alkenylene, or arylene; X<-> is an anion; and Y is H, 1-10C alkyl, aryl, alkoxy, aryloxy, carboxyl, carboalkoxy, carboaryl, carboxamide, amino, OH, nitro, cyano, aldehyde, morpholino, SH, or halogen) and a group selected from groups of formulae III to XI (wherein R5 and R6 are each 1-10C alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, or aryl; Z<-> is X<->; and R7 is H or a sodium sulfate, or potassium sulfate group) in the molecule. |
