SYNTACTIC FOAM

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a syntactic foam which is improved in heat resistance and strength and can have a regulated permittivity with high precision by eliminating the residual air bubbles from a cured resin. CONSTITUTION:This foam comprises a cured resin obtained by thermally curing a powdery nadic-acid-terminated polyimide resin containing no organic solvents and microballoons dispersed in the resin.
