摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To provide an improved electronic mass air quantity sensor circuit and a method for manufacturing the sensor. CONSTITUTION: The first and second sensor elements 22 and 24 comprise a non-zero resistance temperature coefficient, and a thick film resistor 26 is connected to the second sensor element 24. A coupling element 28 is so formed that a resistance ratio against the first sensor element 22 is constant aver the fluctuating temperature. In manufacturing method, resistances of the first and second sensor elements 22 and 24 are detected and are generated as the first and second electric signals, and the thick film resistor 26 is brought into electric contact with the second sensor element 24, so that the coupling element 28 is formed. The first and second electric signals are processed, and for the resistance ratio between the first sensor element 22 and the coupling elements 28 to be constant over the fluctuating temperature, the operation temperature of the first sensor element 22 and the optimum resistance of the thick film resistor 26 are decided, and according to the decided optimum resistance, the thick film resistor 26 is manufactured in a certain size.</p>
