PURPOSE:To provide the change-over switch of electromagnetic multipolar optical path which can switch one optical path from the plural optical paths selectively and at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:This is the change-over switch of the electromagnetic multipolar optical path switching the optical path by moving a movable optical fiber 60 and aligning the optical path of the fiber 60 with one optical path among plural fixed optical fibers 56, 57 and 58. On the fiber 60, a magnet 59 is provided so as to form a prescribed magnetic field near the end of the fiber 60. Besides, coils 53, 62 and 63 and magnetic pipes 55, 64 and 61 are provided near the respective ends of the plural fibers 56, 57 and 58 in order to generate the prescribed magnetic field. Then, power supplied to the coils is controlled so that repulsive and/or attraction force acts on the magnet 59 by the magnetic field generated by the coils 53, 62 and 63. |
